The American Vein & Lymphatic Society (AVLS) is proud to offer a comprehensive, year-round Mentorship Program designed to foster professional growth and development within our community. Our program connects experienced professionals with those eager to learn, providing invaluable guidance and support in the field of vein and lymphatic care.

How It Works

  1. Application: Submit your application to become a mentor or mentee.
  2. Matching: We carefully match mentors and mentees based on experience, member type, specialty, and location.
  3. Mentorship Meetings: Engage in regular meetings with your mentor or mentee to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
  4. Feedback: Provide feedback to help us continuously improve the program.
