*Additional Member Cost

  • Tier 1 (10-24 members) - Organization will pay $550 for every additional physician member past the 10 member minimum. Application fees for each additional individual will be waived. 
  • Tier 2 (25-49 members) - Organization will pay $525 for every additional physician member past the 25 member minimum. Application fees for each additional individual will be waived. 
  • Tier 3 (50-99 members) - Organization will pay $500 for every additional physician member past the 50 member minimum. Application fees for each additional individual will be waived.
  • Tier 4 (100+ members) - Organization will pay $450 for every additional physician member past the 100 member minimum. Application fees for each additional individual will be waived.

  • $40 per webinar/recorded education credit

Organization XYZ agrees to a Tier 2 package with 28 physician members.
