Due to social distancing capacity restrictions, the Innovation Pavilion may not have space for all attendees. Guests may be asked to wait to enter the Innovation Pavilion as first access will be given to registered physician and non-physician attendees.

Gather around the fire with us at the Gaylord Rockies! Join us for a time of fun and relaxation with an evening of live entertainment, local food and beverages, an Iron Fly compeition, and other great Colorado experiences.
*Physicians-in-Training (Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students) will be asked to submit a letter verifying their educational program.
Covid-19 Precautions
Based on anticipated local, state, and federal regulations, Annual Congress meeting rooms will be spaced six feet apart and attendees will be required to wear a mask when in the meeting space and Innovation Pavilion.
Overall attendee capacity will be limited to 475 medical attendees.
The AVLS Innovation Pavilion will be limited to 300 attendees and 100 exhibitors at a time.
These precautions are subject to change, please continue to check back as we approach the event date.
If the AVLS Annual Congress becomes a virtual-only event, in-person attendees will be automatically transferred to a virtual registration and refunded the difference.
Group Discount

Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than September 13, 2021. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after Congress is complete. Donations to attend Foundation for Venous & Lymphatic Disease fundraisers are non-refundable.
RegisterInternational Attendees
In order to better support our attendees from outside the United States, a 40% discount will automatically be applied for residents of developing countries as determined by the International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook Report. The AVLS can provide documents that will document your participation in the 35th Annual Congress. Please note that the AVLS cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.
Official Letter of Invitation for Meeting Attendees: To request a personalized letter of invitation for the 35th Annual Congress, please send an email to [email protected] and include “AVLS Visa Request” in the subject line.
Registration Confirmation: Once you have registered for the meeting you will receive an email confirmation, which you can also bring to your visa interview. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email [email protected].
