Covid-19 Precautions

Based on anticipated local, state and federal regulations, Annual Congress meetings rooms will be spaced six feet apart and attendees will be required to wear a mask when in the meeting space and Innovation Pavilion. These precautions are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations fees will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than September 23, 2021. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after Congress in complete. Donations to attend Foundation for Venous & Lymphatic Disease fundraisers are non-refundable.
