Welcome to the Innovation Pavilion

Be a part of the conversation at the largest and most comprehensive medical conference for venous and lymphatic disease in the United States. The Innovation Pavilion at the AVLS Annual Congress is a place for attendees and exhibitors to gather and discuss the latest developments in venous and lymphatic medicine by showcasing their new products and services to advance the field. Additionally, the 2021 Annual Congress will have a focus on research. Exhibitors have opportunities to present their own science and research at the Innovation Theater during the AVLS Happy Hour and at Satellite Symposia. 

With the expansion of the AVLS in-person registration limit to 700 attendees, we have removed the original capacity limit of 400 people in the Innoation Pavilion. There will not be a limit on the number of attendees or exhibitors allowed into the Pavilion at any one time. All individuals must have either an attendee badge or an exhibitor badge to enter the Innovation Pavilion.

Booths will be selected in real time on a first come, first served basis using an interactive, online platform. Booth space will be available on March 1, 2021. Full booth payment is due at the time of reservation. Booth reservations that have not been paid in full within 15 days of the reservation will be canceled.

Exhibit Booth (10’x10’): $4,900

  • Each booth is a 10’x10’ or 10’x20’ space. Multiple adjoining booths divided by a dotted line may be purchased. See the Exhibit Map.
  • Includes a Virtual Booth on the Annual Congress event website and mobile app.

Exhibitor Attendee Registration Includes:

  • Access to educational sessions as space permits. Due to social distancing capacity restrictions, 2021 sessions may not have extra seats for exhibitors. Please be mindful and make sure attendees all have seats in the classroom first. Exhibitor attendees are not eligible to claim CME.

Exhibitor Informational Meeting

All exhibitors are encouraged to send a representative to participate in an open forum with the AVLS staff on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Future plans are formulated in response to the feedback provided at this meeting. All exhibitors are welcome.

New Horizon Innovation Theatre

Demonstrate new products, technologies or services released in the past year with a three-to-five-minute presentation during the AVLS Happy Hour on Thursday (Oct. 7) or Friday (Oct. 8) evening including a Q&A opportunity.

The Innovation Theatre provides a unique opportunity to explain the science and development of a product, technology, or service and encourage attendees to visit booths in the Innovation Pavilion for further product information.

Submissions must be for a new product, technology, or service released in the past year and deemed applicable and of interest to practitioners in the field of venous and lymphatic medicine.

Applications must be submitted by July 30, 2021. Selections will be made by the Congress Program Planning Committee of physicians and healthcare practitioners and announced by September 3, 2021.

Submit your application after registering for a booth. The application is under the Tasks list in the Exhibitor Portal.
