In 2020, the AVLS will replace the Exhibit Hall with the Innovation Pavilion in order to create a space focused on the development of the venous and lymphatic practice by showcasing new products and services that advance our field of medicine.
Attendees will have 24/7 access to exhibitor profiles through the Innovation Pavilion Online webpages from Oct. 15 - Dec. 31, and the opportunity to video chat with exhibitors at times set by the exhibitor.

Exhibitor's Informational Meeting All exhibitors are encouraged to send a representative to participate in a virtual Open Forum with the AVLS staff members after the Annual Congress on Saturday, October 27 at 4:00 PM EDT. Future plans are formulated in response to the feedback provided at this meeting. All exhibitors are welcome.
A 60% deposit must be paid either online or by check within 15 days of booth selection. The full balance will need to be paid within 30 days of confirmed registration. AVLS reserves the right to release any booth registration with an outstanding balance after July 31, 2020.

Demonstrate new products, technologies or services released in the past year with a 3-5 minute presentation during a live stream session at the 2020 Annual Congress, including a Q&A opportunity.
The Innovation Theatre provides an unique opportunity to explain the science and development of a product, technology or service and encourage attendees to visit booths in the Innovation Pavilion for further product information.
Submissions must be a new product, technology or service released in the past year deemed applicable and of interest to practitioners in the field of venous and lymphatic medicine.
Applications must be submitted by July 31, 2020. Selections will be made by the Congress Program Planning Committee of physicians and healthcare practitioners and announced by September 1, 2020.
Submit your application after registering for a booth. The application is under the Tasks list in the Exhibitor Portal.
2020 Attendees will be able to participate in a virtual scavenger hunt through the Innovation Pavilion. Earning points by scanning QR codes in certain booths and answering a question presented by that sponsor. Points will make them eligible for various prizes.
All symposia will live streamed to attendees during the scheduled time slot. Recordings of the live stream will be available for attendees to view on-demand after the event.
Additionally, all satellite symposia will also have the opportunity to select a second evening time slot between October 18 and December 31, 2020 to host a repeat webinar event that the AVLS will promote and non-Annual Congress attendees will be welcome to attend.
