Innovation Pavilion Filling Fast!

Welcome to the Innovation Pavilion

In 2020, the AVLS will replace the Exhibit Hall with the Innovation Pavilion in order to create a space focused on the development of the venous and lymphatic practice by showcasing new products and services that advance our field of medicine.

The scientific and organizing committees have compiled the most comprehensive program and international faculty of any AVLS Annual Congress ever convened. The program addresses the full spectrum of deep and superficial vein care in didactic, interactive, debate and hands-on simulation sessions.

  • Face-to-face interaction with a growing network of practitioners and decision-makers
  • Opportunity to meet with more than 900 vein and lymphatic medical practitioners
  • Opening Reception and lunches hosted in the Innovation Pavilion
  • At least, two and a half hours of dedicated exhibit time on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with no on-going educational sessions

** Exhibitors are permitted to attend open (non-ticketed) scientific sessions of the Annual Congress, provided space is available. The scientific sessions are a forum separate from the promotional activities of the Innovation Pavilion; therefore; exhibitors or company representatives attending educational sessions are expected to attend for the purpose of hearing the scientific information and not for the purpose of debate with speakers and other participants. Although the AVLS makes every attempt to accommodate all attendees, due to room size limitations the AVLS cannot guarantee to any exhibitor a seat an any of the scientific sessions. In the event that room capacity is achieved, priority will be given to registered scientific attendees. Any attendee, including exhibitors or company representatives, displaying disruptive behavior during scientific sessions will be dismissed from the meeting. Exhibitors interested in attending any of the ticketed sessions must register as a paid scientific attendee and purchase a ticket for the session.

Exhibitors will receive a link to the Exhibitors Service Manual in late July from AGS. A copy will also be available here. As an exhibitor at the AVLS Annual Congress, the Exhibitor Service Manual includes forms for ordering carpet, furniture, electricity and more. In addition, you can find information about registration, housing, transportation, promotional advertising opportunities, etc. AGS Expo Services will provide the Exhibitor Service Manual to all registered exhibitors following receipt of deposit.

A company profile will be created in the AVLS Annual Congress app in August for each registered exhibitor. Each Company Profile will be populated with information from your exhibitor booth registration. After the launch of the AVLS Annual Congress app, an invitation will be sent to fully paid exhibitors to activate and login to the mobile application, update the company profile, and upload any desired collateral.

All exhibitors are encouraged to send a representative to participate in an Open Forum with the AVLS staff members during the Annual Congress on Saturday, October 17 at 2:30 PM. Future plans are formulated in response to the feedback provided at this meeting. All exhibitors are welcome.
