Group Discount

Five or more attendees from the same office qualify for the group discount of 10% off UIP World Congress Registration Fees. Contact [email protected] or call 510-346-6800 to register your group. Refunds will not be issued for group members who register without using their group discount code provided. 

Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation to [email protected]. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than August 1, 2023. There will be no refunds of any kind for cancellations or registration modifications received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after Congress is complete

International Attendees

In order to better support our attendees from outside the United States, a 30-40% discount will automatically be applied for residents of Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries as determined by the International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook Report. This discount is only applicable to In-Person and Virtual (Livestream) attendence. It does not apply to On-Demand Access Only Registrations.

Translation Services

The UIP 2023 World Congress will have live translations available in sessions throughout the meeting. In-person and virtual attendees will be able to scan a QR code with their mobile devices and access a simultaneous translation. The translation will be both audio that you can listen to with headphones and a written transcription that you can read along. Presentations will be made in English, and attendees may choose from 25 languages for their translation. The languages available for translation are:

Language

The official language of the Annual Congress is English. Some sessions will offer translation services into Spanish.

The AVLS can provide documents that will document your participation in the 35th Annual Congress. Please note that the AVLS cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.
