Five or more attendees from the same office qualify for the group discount of 10% off AVLS Congress Registration Fees. Contact [email protected] or call 510-346-6800 to register your group. Refunds will not be issued for group members who register without using their group discount code provided. 

Cancellation Policy

International Attendees

To better support our attendees from outside the United States, a 30-40% discount will automatically be applied during Regular and Late registration for residents of Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries as determined by the International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook Report.

The AVLS can provide documents that will document your participation in the 38th Annual Congress. Please note that the AVLS cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.

Official Letter of Invitation for Meeting Attendees: To request a personalized letter of invitation for the 38th Annual Congress, please send an email to [email protected] and include “AVLS Visa Request” in the subject line.

Registration Confirmation: Once you have registered for the meeting you will receive an email confirmation, which you can also bring to your visa interview. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email [email protected].
