Exhibiting
Booths will be selected in real-time on a first come, first served basis using an interactive online platform as a part of the application process. Booth space will be available on July 1, 2025. Accepted exhibitor applicants will be sent exhibitor portal log-in information and payment instructions. Payment is due within 30 days of application acceptance.
Exhibit Booth (10’x10’): $5,500
- A standard booth space (10'x10') - multiple adjoining booths may be purchased
- Two Exhibitor Registration Badges
Tabletop Booth: $2,000
- A tabletop (6'x3') exhibition space
- One Exhibitor Registration Badge
Commercial Exhibitors (ACCWS): $5,500
- Exhibitor fee goes towards Hands On Workshop (More details to come)
Included with your exhibition:
- Pre-registration attendee mailing list in September.
- Final attendee list in November.
- One complimentary lead retrieval user license. Additional licenses are available for $200. Cvent
- Two exhibitor registration badges are included. Additional exhibitor registration badges: $600 per badge. JRM
Exhibitor Registration Badge Includes:
- Access to educational sessions as space permits. Exhibitor attendees are not eligible to claim CME.
- Continental Breakfast & Lunch daily.
- One drink ticket for the Thursday Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall.
Commercial Non-Exhibitor Badge:
- Only for non-exhibiting commercial attendees.
- Access to educational sessions as space permits. Commercial attendees are not eligible to claim CME.
- Continental Breakfast & Lunch daily and access to the Exhibit Hall.
- One drink ticket for the Thursday Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall.
