Annual Congress FAQ

The 39th Annual Congress will take place from October 9-11, 2025, at the Washington Hilton, Washington, DC.

The conference will cover superficial and deep venous disease, lymphedema and lipedema, ultrasound and venous imaging, venous nursing, and wound care education with a focus on practice management improvement.

There will NOT be a live stream option. However, all in-person attendees can access recorded, on-demand content following the event.

Rates vary based on membership status and registration period. Detailed rates can be found on the registration page.

Special rates are available for, students, residents, fellows, and group registrations, and international attendees from Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries. Discount rates can be found on the registration page.

Full event registration includes access to all educational programming, on-demand recordings, the AVLS Mobile App, lunch on progam days, and the Welcome Reception.

Five or more attendees from the same office qualify for the group discount of 10% off AVLS Congress Registration Fees. Contact [email protected]

Single-day registration includes access to one day of the congress, lunch on the access day, and on-demand recordings of all sessions that day.

There are no refunds for cancellations or registration modifications.

To register for single days, start by selecting your registration category. Then, choose a single day (e.g., Physician member Friday) option. Complete all required fields. At the bottom of the page, you will have the option to select additional days.

Discount codes are valid only for full conference registration. Make sure to select the full conference registration option and enter the discount code at the end of the registration form during checkout.
